There are literally thousands of books available for purchase on Autism, Aspergers and the many variables associated with these conditions. As a parent of a child who was eventually diagnosed with Aspergers I can understand how overwhelming this can be - particularly when the diagnosis is new. There are thousands of more books designed to help our kids learn new skills and interact more effectively with the rest of the world.  I have compiled my list of top 10 books to help our kids. I have also included a list of over 50 books that have been suggested by parents on the forum WrongPlanet.net.  If you haven't check this out, I highly recommend it.
